At your appointment, we will provide a full assessment and treatment of your aches, pain and injuries and injury rehabilitation. If we are unable to help, we will direct you towards other professionals who may be in a position to offer different advice/management
Our prices are arranged by length of appointment time with exception to our Sports Events, where prices are tailored to each event. Your first appointment is usually an hour and 15 minutes long to allow us to do a full consultation and assessment and give you a treatment tailored to you.

To thank our Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces for the great work they do we are happy to say we now accept the Defence Privilege Card and Blue Light Card in our clinic. This allows members to obtain a discount of £10 off an appointment of an hour or greater and £5 off our 45 and 30 minute appointments. We have extended our discount scheme and now this discount to carers.
The Defence Discount Service is the official Armed Forces discount service and provides discounts for the Armed Forces and Veterans.
Blue Light Card provides discounts for the UK’s Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces.
You will need to bring your card with you to obtain your discount.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No appointments can be cancelled online after this time. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged for the appointment. If you are unwell on the day of their appointment, please contact us as soon possible.
Missed Appointment Policy:
If you fail to show for your appointment you will be invoiced the full charge and no further appointments will be booked until the invoice is settled.
By not showing up to your appointment prevents someone from being able to take that appointment who may need it.
We send text reminders and emails to remind you of your booking the day before your appointment. If you need to amend or cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
PRIVATE HEALTH CASH PLANS
We are happy to announce that on certain Corporate Paid Plans with Westfield Health and Health Shield you may now be able to get reimbursement from your treatment.
This is only available on a limited number of plans and you will need to check first that your employer’s plan covers Remedial and or Sports Massage. If you would like further information please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
