BABY MASSAGE CLASS
Babies love to be held. A daily massage provides the perfect opportunity to meet your babies needs through skin to skin contact and deepens the bond between you. Countless research studies have been published documenting why massage for a baby is so vitally important. Regular baby massage aids relaxation, sleep and teething pain, relieves wind and colic, promotes healthy development and physical wellbeing leaving you feeling happy and connected with your baby.

During our 5 week block we will provide with notes and massage oil. All you need to bring is a towel and your baby.
5 Week block of Baby Massage Class each Monday from Monday 3rd June for an hour. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to 6 months and is held at Body Logic Therapies, The Studio, New Inn Courtyard, Market Street, Ellon, AB41 9JD
